Therefore, reporting links and content that are inappropriate is a way to contribute to maintaining online safety and preventing potential threats arising from violations of laws or the rights of others.

The distribution of sexually explicit or violent content, as well as depictions of sexual abuse, is a violation of human rights and may cause shame and discomfort to those who encounter it. Additionally, content that shows gender bias—such as degrading a specific gender or promoting violence against any gender—poses dangers to society by encouraging hatred and harassment.
Websites or content that support or promote the use of illegal drugs, the sale or distribution of weapons, or irresponsible promotion of alcohol consumption violate the law and may cause serious harm. Allowing such content to spread online without regulation can negatively influence younger generations and society as a whole.
The distribution of content that infringes upon the rights of others—such as violations of privacy, unauthorized use of images or personal information, or spreading false information that damages reputation—constitutes a violation of laws protecting individual rights and privacy.
Content that is overtly offensive or disgusting, such as presenting inappropriate images or videos, using abusive or aggressive language, or creating content that causes discomfort to other users, negatively impacts the user experience and can create stress or psychological harm for those exposed to it.
The unauthorized collection of users’ personal data constitutes a violation of their rights. Using personal data improperly—such as selling it to third parties or using it for scams—is illegal and poses a threat to online safety.
Content that incites social conflict—such as encouraging violence, promoting division based on race, religion, or political beliefs—leads to division and loss of unity in society, which may have long-term negative impacts on peace and order.
The distribution of defamatory or hostile statements against individuals, groups, religions, institutions, or political entities directly impacts society at large. Such content can lead to conflict and hatred, which should not be tolerated in a society striving for equality and peace.
Content that violates Thai law—such as selling unauthorized goods or services, promoting illegal activities, distributing obscene material prohibited under Thai law, or violating human rights—must be urgently addressed.
Reporting Illegal Content
If you come across links or content that fall into the categories mentioned above, reporting them is important to help protect the online community from such threats. You can report inappropriate links by following these steps:
- Provide the link where the violating content was found
- Attach evidence, such as a screenshot of the related content
- Include additional details, such as the time you found the content and any information that may help identify the publisher
- Provide details of the reporter or the affected party
